Along Nakasugi-dori Street in Asagaya, you can find Void, a shop that carries tableware and cups carefully selected by a restaurant owner. He has collected items that are simple and easy to use, and although the items come from different times and places, they have somewhat of a sense of unity. The best thing about Void is that they sell a variety of quality made Japanese kitchen goods including table ware and ingredients such as spices and more. The shop even has a café where you can have light meal like egg sandwiches (400 yen) or granola made by Whale, a well-known Mediterranean restaurant in the Daiichi Ichiba food court of Koenji. They also have a rental wall which often features gallery art. All in all this a great place to spend some time while shopping in Asagaya.
