MUCCHI’S CAFE

The World of Picture Books All Ages Can Enjoy

The owners of Mucchi’s Cafe are two old friends, one is in the kitchen and the other serves at the tables. They opened this place in January 2016 with the idea of creating a cafe with picture books as the theme, helping you take a trip down memory lane urging to cast away all worries and take a plunge into those sweet, innocent times when leafing through illustrated books was still full of curiosity and wonder.

Pass through the door and you will feel like entering a children’s library with beautiful and colorful illustrated books surrounding you. Divided by themes from adventure to animals, characters and more, this amazing selection of books is the private collection of one of the owners who decided to share her own beloved books with her customers. Actually although children are sure to enjoy the cafe, it is meant as a place where grown-ups can also enjoy picture books.

The music is strictly toy music, often played with toy instruments. The menu offers dishes of curries, pasta, ice cream, desserts with fruit and many types of hot and cold drinks.

The names of the dishes and cocktails on the menu are inspired by the titles of books hanging on the walls. Nothing in this theme cafe is left to chance and everything is curated to the last detail. If you liked picture books when you were young, this is a great place to relive your memories and spend some time in a unique cafe. Or even take your own kids for a meal of family-fun!
