PANDA COFFEE (Update: 9/30)
Welcome to the Panda World–of Coffee and More!
[updated September 2025]
If you love pandas, there is a cafe in Tokyo that you simply have to visit. At Panda Coffee in the Asagaya neighborhood of Tokyo, the love of pandas is overflowing! If you love pandas—or just want to experience one of the unique theme cafes that Japanese has to offer—Panda Coffee will not disappoint. This is a comfortable place where you can relax and enjoy the atmosphere, with delicious panda-themed meals, desserts, and of course coffee.
The menu here is impressive and includes lunch sets such as omurice (Japanese omelet-rice), curry, hamburg-steak, and a variety of sandwiches. These are available for 1000 yen with a drink, or add soft-serve ice cream as well for a total of 1250 yen. Cake sets and parfait sets are also available, with a large variety of flavors to suit any sweet-tooth. The panda cookies are also popular. You can get panda latte art on your café au lait or hot cocoa, which a big hit of course (600 yen). The drink menu is not limited to varieties of coffee, as there are also a variety of black teas, Japanese teas, juices, sodas, milk drinks, floats and more!
The cafe also carries many panda items for purchase, including original goods from souvenirs and trinkets to snacks and other food. If you love pandas or are just in the mood to relax, come to Panda Coffee and enjoy the comfort in Asagaya.
The café is only a 3-minute walk up the right side of Nakasugi Street from the Asagaya Station south exit, then you will see the panda sign. Head up the stairs (watch your head, the ceiling is low) to enter the dreamworld of pandas!
