Ramen and Shaved Ice Together Under One Roof

Neiroya is a ramen shop opened in 2012 at the site of Futaba, a famous ramen shop in Ramen-famous Ogikubo, and they try hard to live up to the standard. Neiroya has 13 seats and welcomes both grown-ups and children. Their goal is to make the best combination serving both ramen and kakigori, or shaved ice, with flavored syrup. Particularly, natural water from Nikko and homemade syrup for their kakigori has won the hearts and minds of many customers. For an unbeatable combination (especially on hot days), visit Neiroya on Ogikubo’s Kyokai Dori shopping street— just be sure to do so with an empty stomach!

Main menu: ramen (a large serving is available for an extra 120 yen), white rice, kakigori.

Toppings: ajitsuki tamago (boiled eggs seasoned in soy sauce), shinachiku (boiled bamboo shoots) and chashu (roasted pork).

*Please be aware that kakigori is only available after 3:00pm, and can only be ordered alone (without ramen) until 6:30pm.
