Located right beside Koenji Hikawa Shrine, 3 minutes on foot from Koenji Station, Hiraru is a small accessories shop that stands out and has captured the interest of many young Japanese vintage enthusiasts looking for accessories. Here you can find various rings, earrings and stylish hats from the floor to the ceiling. A lot of the style is European and American style from the 50’s and 60’s, but you can also find some Middle Eastern accessories. There are also some handmade earrings which are reasonably priced.

The owner, Tomomi-san, is also fluent in English as she travels the world while hunting for vintage goods. Because of the unique style, many accessories and hats are often leased out for photo shoots, theatrical performances and special ceremonies such as weddings and graduations. Once you enter this tiny shop, time just flies as you search for the best unique accessories.
