BAR 365
Cave-oven Pizza and Refreshing Beer
[updated August 2022]
Bar 365 is Koenji’s own Cambodian ruins-inspired drinking hideout in Koenji Junjo Shotengai, offering a wide selection of beers and bar snacks which happen to include a very tasty stone-oven pizza. The bar’s design is inspired by Cambodia’s Benmeria ruins which took 365 days to complete, hence the bar’s name. Climbing up the flight of stairs, it is hard not to feel the excitement of entering a cave. Once inside, the subtle lighting and the atmosphere of the famous ruin set the mood to escape the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. The music varies depending on who’s behind the bar and can go between jazzy sounds to livelier dance music. And to keep with the yearly theme, all local beers are available for 365 yen!
