Japan’s Nationwide State of Emergency

As the Coronavirus/COVID-19 continues to spread, a nationwide State of Emergency has been declared in Japan, following the State of Emergency for Tokyo, Osaka, and 5 other prefectures made less than 2 weeks ago. As the Golden Week holidays approach the end of April, it is important that people continue to stay home and keep the virus from spreading. We at Experience Suginami Tokyo want to continue to give you information about visiting our unique local area of Tokyo, but at this time we ask you to hold off on making trips and stay home until the pandemic subsides.
