NOM CA PHE

Vietnamese Comfort Food Nishiogi Style
[updated August 2022]

Nom Ca Phe started back in 2014 after the owners fell in love with Vietnamese food while on a trip to the Southeast Asian country. This love translates into a pleasing combination of delicious dishes and cozy atmosphere hidden in the backstreets of Nishi-Ogikubo. One of the highlights here is the Com Tam, a set with caramelized roasted pork on a bed of rice accompanied by a variety of veggies, and consommé. Equally as good is the Vietnamese coffee that comes with the lunch set and is a tasty treat to round up the experience. The minimalistic atmosphere is also refreshing and brings a feeling of Nishi-Ogikubo, unlike what you would find in the busy downtown areas of Tokyo.
