So do you think ‘otaku’ geeks are not sociable? 44 Sonic, an anime bar with anime-song karaoke in Asagaya, proves the opposite. Keisaku Kimura, a former film director, decided to create a bar where ‘otaku’ could get together and share their passion over some drinks and songs, surrounded by an astonishing anime and movie decoration. Ordering an original cocktail based on an anime character of your choice is recommended. Drink it and realize some things about the character that you hadn’t thought of before!

If you are feeling geek or just curious, it’s a only 2-minute walk from Asagaya Station, in the Star Road area. This is one of the great bars anime can be watched at, and a great spot to meet anime fans!
